If you work in Good Travel Management, familiarisation (FAM) trips are a regular benefit, offering the chance to travel to various international locations with our travel partners. Many of our other UK roles also give you a chance to visit different areas of the UK, and some roles can involve international travel too.

Our recruitment process

Our interview process is always localised to the area the role is in, and for management roles we use modern personality profile techniques to match the right people with the right roles. The number of interviews and other assessment methods you attend will depend on the role you are applying for.
