The John Good Group offices are located in the beautiful Hesslewood Business Park, just off the A63. We moved here in 2014 because the site perfectly aligns with our values of providing modern and welcoming workspaces for our colleagues whilst taking multiple actions to protect the environment.

Ethical construction
The John Good Group building and those around it are designed with sustainability at their core. The external materials include natural and recyclable Penrhyn slate roof tiles with a lifespan of over 100 years, Ibstock Birtley Northern Buff bricks that have won multiple sustainability awards for being 100% carbon offset, and Marshalls Grassguard, which provides a natural aesthetic whilst improving drainage. test
Add to this solar panels, solar glazed windows, responsibly sourced timber, on-site recycling and electric car charging points, and it becomes clear that our offices actively support our mission to be a planet-focused business.
Eco-friendly workspaces
The internal building materials used during the construction of our office environments include LED panel lights which reduce energy costs by 60%, Milliken carpet tiles made from 100% regenerated nylon, A-rated hydrogen compatible Worcester boilers, and Kingspan access floors that are manufactured from recycled engineered timber and EcoPlatform verified.
The result is a stylish and airy workplace that has a minimal impact on the environment and which encourages our team members to live a more sustainable lifestyle.

We love our home here at Hesslewood Business Park and we know you will too. Our offices are surrounded by 10 acres of immaculately landscaped grounds, with their own café and deli, gym and fitness centre, on-site security, cash machine, post box and even a helipad. Stunning, calming and green throughout the year, it’s the perfect setting for a relaxed walk during your lunch break – make sure to check out the sculpture trail and say hi to the peacocks!
