At John Good Group, it’s important to us to give back to our community. One of the ways we do this is by providing pro-bono support to charities, who would benefit from the skills we have within the business.
Our Chief Marketing Officer, Rich Quelch, was first introduced to FiND, a charity based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, offering a range of person-centred support to young people with severe learning disabilities and or autism, when the Matthew Good Foundation supported them with £15,000 grant and a professional film to help them share their story.
Keen to support the local charity, on hearing that FiND needed support with their marketing, Rich jumped at the chance to help and led a marketing workshop with the team at FiND that gave them insight into how to create a marketing plan that would help them raise both awareness of their charity and vital funds.
Rich said, “The day was excellent. The incredible team came across to John Good Group for the day and we thrashed out a marketing plan to support the charity’s future growth and awareness.”
Following on from his day with the FiND team, and inspired by the charity’s incredible work, Rich decided to provide further ongoing support by helping to create their new brand proposition, brand execution and website to support their plans for the next 3-5 years.
Rich is personally overseeing the new brand rollout and website design project whilst mentoring, guiding, and supporting the team to ensure they are on track with the marketing plan.

The charity will have a brand and online platform ensuring that awareness and new income streams can be generated whilst the team gets on with what they are good at; giving and delivering amazing experiences for their patrons.
