£35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience

Plus non contractual bonus of up to 10%

Although based in our brand new offices in Quarry House, Hesslewood Office Park, Hessle with the opportunity to work hybrid, as agreed, there will be a requirement to travel to client meetings as required.

We’re now looking for a Client Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships and play a key role in driving meaningful growth for both our clients and Methods.

Typical working hours are 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday to be worked between the hours of 9.00am-5.30pm.  Although this position is advertised as full time we would also welcome applications from candidates preferring part time hours.

The role 

As a Client Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, combining strategic account management, business development, and project oversight. You’ll work at pace with cross-functional teams to ensure our clients receive work that genuinely makes an impact commercially and strategically – you’ll love executing for clients.

You’ll be trusted to build strong partnerships, spot opportunities, and turn insight into action, all while keeping delivery on track and outcomes front and centre.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning and growing our B2B client portfolio, building trust and long-term partnerships, translating client goals into clear briefs and actionable plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of client programmes.​
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients, aligning Methods’ services to client growth challenges and objectives.​
  • Working collaboratively to shape go-to-market and campaign plans that blend brand execution with demand generation to drive revenue and positive stakeholder impact.​
  • Define and track clear KPIs with each client.​
  • Work at pace, adapting quickly to shifting client priorities while maintaining structure, clarity, and control across multiple accounts and projects.​

About you:

  • Proven experience in a client management or account management role within a marketing, creative, digital, or professional services environment, ideally with B2B clients and complex stakeholder groups.​
  • Proven ability to grow accounts or pipelines through proactive relationship-building, opportunity spotting, and effective proposal development.​
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, comfortable handling multiple projects at once and keeping teams and clients aligned on priorities and next steps.​
  • Commercially minded, confident with numbers, and able to link activity to value, ROI, and client business outcomes.​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complexity, manage expectations, and facilitate constructive conversations.
  • A growth mindset, curious and proactive, keen to experiment, learn, and improve, and comfortable working at pace in a changing environment.
