£50,000 plus bonus.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Travel Sales team with the primary responsibility of strategically managing corporate travel bids and supporting the continuous growth of the UK sales team.

The role will include:

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering profitable new business, focusing on the GTM ‘Perfect Customer’ model.
  • Manage the customer process effectively from lead generation through to embedding as a client for life.
  • Delivering customer excellence whilst successfully managing multiple projects and bids.
  • Supporting the continual evolution of the Good Travel sales proposition helping drive sales performance across the team.
  • Delivering high quality presentations both virtually and in person to large groups of stakeholders.

About you:

  • Experience of pipeline and data management, well versed in working within a CRM environment.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage negotiations and implementation of customer contracts and varying payment mechanisms.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business travel sector and its nuances.
  • Ability to deliver compelling customer demonstration on our entire tech stack.
  • Experience of delivering high quality sales presentations both virtually and in person to large groups of stakeholders. With the ability to truly understand the customer needs and key drivers.
  • Proven track record of managing corporate travel RFPs up to £10m in value.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and bids at one time. Comfortable taking a strategic approach to sales, creating high-level win themes from complex projects.
  • Experience of sharing knowledge and experience to support the development of others.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with varying stakeholders, both internally and externally.
