Michelle joined the Group as Non-Executive Director in 2021 and is also Executive Director of the Matthew Good Foundation. Michelle’s career spans over 20 years, covering strategic communications, sales, marketing and employee engagement within the travel, events and logistics sectors, working in several high-growth businesses as well as founding her own companies along the way. Michelle is passionate that the John Good Group makes a difference to its people and wider society and focuses on achieving these aims through the Matthew Good Foundation and our ESG strategy.
