John Good Group believes that teamwork is more than just working together, as spending time with colleagues in a social setting does wonders for workplace morale. We always have something exciting planned, so make sure to get involved as much as you like.
Volunteering Days
We encourage employees to take part in activities that enhance and serve the communities in which we live and work. Volunteer Days are at the core of this ethos, as they invite our people to do good in creative and proactive ways. Every team member is entitled to one paid day per year to volunteer for a charity, community interest company or social group of their choosing, giving them complete freedom over how they do their bit for society.

We organise numerous fundraising events for charities, plus we help colleagues to organise their own for causes that are close to their hearts.
