John Good Group is proud to announce our latest addition to the marketing team, Phill Postill, in the role as Head of Creative. Phill is bringing on an incredible track record from his 20 years’ experience in design and creative strategy. From achieving his degree in graphic design at the University of Lincoln to working his way up to support a wide vast of clients in various sectors, from healthcare, retail and law.
Phill’s exceptional design skills and strategic thinking in supporting growth for a range of businesses in many industries make him a natural addition to John Good Group and its central services function. In his new role, Phill will oversee the design strategy and implementation of the group.

However, I have worked with Phill throughout the years as an ‘outsourced creative’ and he is arguably one of the best strategic-thinking creatives in this area. We can’t wait to see Phill contribute amazing visual work that will support performance in 2024!” said Rich Quelch, Chief Marketing Officer of John Good Group.
Phill is equally enthusiastic about this new chapter, stating, “After working with the John Good Group since October 2022 on various branding, website and design projects it became very apparent to me that my objectives were in line with the company, and I knew we would have a shared vision of the future group and people working within. I’m thrilled to help the group reach its goals now and years to follow.”
