As an advocate for ESG and seeing initiatives impact the lives of others, Rachel is passionate about ensuring that our people and planet are at the heart of the business, providing employees with opportunities and support to thrive and grow both in their individual roles and progress their long-term career aspirations, accelerating the development of our people.
Rachel has also completed many environmental projects from conception to implementation, leaving our planet better than the one we inherited which will be an integral part of helping the group deliver on its ambitions of People, Planet and Performance.
